These terms govern use of the website at klyvantglobal.com. They are not the terms on which Klyvant Global delivers professional services. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and where these terms and an engagement agreement conflict, the engagement agreement prevails.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You may view, download and print pages for your own reference or for the internal purposes of your organisation when considering engaging us.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or any system connected to it.
• Do not use the site to transmit malicious code, or in any way that impairs its availability.
• Do not scrape, republish or resell content from this site without written permission.

We may restrict access to anyone who breaches these terms.

Content on this site, including capability descriptions, illustrative figures, diagrams and any interactive tool, is provided for general information. It is not technical, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and it must not be relied on as the basis for a decision about your own infrastructure.

Any figure described as illustrative is exactly that. Recovery objectives, efficiency percentages, estate distributions and placement recommendations shown on this site are worked examples, not commitments and not findings about your environment. Findings specific to your organisation come only from a scoped assessment.

Submitting an enquiry through this site does not create a contract, a retainer, or any obligation on either party. We may decline work, including where we judge that we cannot staff it properly or that it would not serve you.

Any proposal we issue is valid for the period stated on it, and becomes binding only when both parties have signed an engagement agreement.

All content on this site, including text, layout, diagrams, illustrations and code, is owned by Klyvant Global or licensed to it, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Third party names and marks referenced on this site, including platform names, remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a platform indicates familiarity or working experience and does not by itself assert a partnership, accreditation or endorsement. Where an accreditation is held, it is named and dated on the technology partners page.

The site is provided as is. We take reasonable care over its content but do not warrant that it is complete, current or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klyvant Global is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Liability arising from professional services is dealt with in the engagement agreement, not here.

This site may link to third party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive technical detail through this website. An enquiry form composes an ordinary email, and email is not a secure channel.

Where an engagement requires confidential information, we will put a confidentiality agreement in place first and agree a secure route for exchanging it. Until then, keep enquiries at the level of the problem rather than the configuration.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. confirm, and consider Ghana position for the Accra office

We may amend these terms. The version and effective date at the top of this page indicate the current position, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
