The platform is a means. The estate is the point.

We are not a reseller and we do not lead with a vendor. Klyvant designs against the estate, then selects the platform that fits it, which occasionally means recommending you keep what you already own.

Our stance

Vendor neutral by design, because the alternative costs the client.

An integrator carrying a sales quota has a reason to reach a particular conclusion before the assessment starts. We carry no quota, hold no resale margin, and have no volume commitment to meet, so the recommendation is only ever the one the estate supports.

In practice that means we work fluently across the platforms below and stay willing to say that a rip and replace is not warranted. A modernisation that leaves two thirds of the estate in place is a good outcome if the two thirds are supported, recoverable and efficient.

How we hold a vendor relationship

Three rules that keep the advice clean

Rule 01

No resale margin on the recommendation

Klyvant is paid for advisory and managed service, not for moving licences. If a platform is right, we say so and you buy it wherever you buy best. That separation is the reason the assessment is worth reading.

Rule 02

Depth over breadth in what we claim

We name Veeam and VMware because that is where the practice runs deepest and where we will stand behind a design under load. Everything else is described as architecture work, which is what it is.

Rule 03

The incumbent gets a fair hearing

Existing kit that is supported, recoverable and efficient stays. Replacing it to simplify a diagram is spending the client's capital to make our work easier, and we would rather keep the relationship.

Klyvant Global is an independent consultancy. Where a formal partner or reseller accreditation is held, it will be named and dated on this page. Anything not named here is a platform we work across on client estates, not a commercial relationship we are claiming. If a procurement process requires evidence of accreditation for a specific vendor, ask and we will tell you plainly what we do and do not hold.
