Enterprise backup and disaster recovery design, restore rehearsal under production load, and retention structured so the recovery position survives an audit.
Technology Partners
The platform is a means. The estate is the point.
We are not a reseller and we do not lead with a vendor. Klyvant designs against the estate, then selects the platform that fits it, which occasionally means recommending you keep what you already own.
Our stance
Vendor neutral by design, because the alternative costs the client.
An integrator carrying a sales quota has a reason to reach a particular conclusion before the assessment starts. We carry no quota, hold no resale margin, and have no volume commitment to meet, so the recommendation is only ever the one the estate supports.
In practice that means we work fluently across the platforms below and stay willing to say that a rip and replace is not warranted. A modernisation that leaves two thirds of the estate in place is a good outcome if the two thirds are supported, recoverable and efficient.
Platform coverage
Where the practice is deepest
Filter by discipline to see which platforms carry that work and what we actually do with them.
Virtualisation Estates, hypervisor consolidation and the migration paths that let a workload move without a maintenance window the business cannot give you.
Placement decisions across public cloud and on-premises, with the data gravity, egress cost and sovereignty constraints modelled before anything is committed.
Storage layers designed for the growth curve the business actually has, rather than the one the array was sized against three refresh cycles ago.
HCI integration where it genuinely reduces operational load, and a straight answer where it would simply move the complexity somewhere less visible.
Load profiling across UPS, PDU and cooling plant, then optimisation frameworks that reduce the draw before anything new is specified.
End of life and end of support positions tracked across the installed base, ranked by business impact rather than by asset age, and scheduled against the budget cycle.
No platforms match that discipline.
OEM coverage
The hardware we deploy, support and retire
Enterprise estates in this region are built on a handful of OEM stacks, and most carry more than one. We work across them, track their lifecycle positions, and stay unattached to any of them.
Accredited partner
Formal partner or reseller status, named with the programme, the tier and the date it was granted.
None currently held. Any accreditation obtained will be listed here with its date.
Named practice
Platforms where the practice runs deepest and where we will stand behind a design under production load.
Estates we work across
OEM hardware we routinely deploy, support, assess and retire on client sites. Working coverage, not a commercial relationship.
Listed below by function.
Compute and Storage
Server estates, arrays and hyperconverged platforms, including the generations now past end of support.
Network and Security
Core, campus and edge networking, plus the perimeter estate that usually ages fastest.
Power and Cooling
The half of the estate usually assessed by a different team on a different budget, and where the energy practice does its work.
Virtualisation and Data Protection
Hypervisors, backup platforms and the recovery tooling that has to be proven rather than assumed.
How to read this list. Naming an OEM here states that Klyvant Global works on that hardware in client estates and tracks its lifecycle positions. It does not assert a partnership, an accreditation, a reseller agreement or an endorsement, and none is implied. Where a formal accreditation is obtained it will appear in tier one above, named and dated. All product names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
How we hold a vendor relationship
Three rules that keep the advice clean
No resale margin on the recommendation
Klyvant is paid for advisory and managed service, not for moving licences. If a platform is right, we say so and you buy it wherever you buy best. That separation is the reason the assessment is worth reading.
Depth over breadth in what we claim
We name Veeam and VMware because that is where the practice runs deepest and where we will stand behind a design under load. Everything else is described as architecture work, which is what it is.
The incumbent gets a fair hearing
Existing kit that is supported, recoverable and efficient stays. Replacing it to simplify a diagram is spending the client's capital to make our work easier, and we would rather keep the relationship.
A note on formal partner status
Klyvant Global is an independent consultancy. Where a formal partner or reseller accreditation is held, it will be named and dated on this page. Anything not named here is a platform we work across on client estates, not a commercial relationship we are claiming. If a procurement process requires evidence of accreditation for a specific vendor, ask and we will tell you plainly what we do and do not hold.
